A yoga teacher sprayed this on my neck before a Bikram class - I am pretty cynical about this sort of thing but she just sort of sprayed without asking. I was shocked to find my head touching my knee in a pose I'd been trying to achieve for ages. I use it every day now on my bad knees before I do the stretching exercises for them. THe smell of it is pleasant and dissipates very quickly.
