This is grrrrreaaat dictionary for $99!!!!! nothing more to ask, this unit has English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese in one unit. Especially I really like about Thesaurus dictionary and has Educational Contents that I can study with. Purpose of purchasing was find words that didnt know but with Education contents they provide I can study without any books or reading materials. Also this D500 has MP3 Player, Calculator, Time and Calendar,Phone Number, Ebook and File managment functions that I dont really use often. Guess still better than not to have those functions!!!
Pronunciation functions are great too, it's loud and clear also unit comes with Earphone as well.
Product comes with Earphone, USB Cable, battery and case to protect the unit, Also comes with 1G internal memory and able to extend the capacity via microSD card.
If you are not looking for Color Screen this unit is PERFECT product for learning English!!!!

I mistakenly purchased this device for my son, who is an English-speaker learning Korean.
This device is really cool (especially for the price!) - lots of options and dictionaries with AUDIO pronunciation of ENGLISH
words for Koreans learning English (sounds like an American.) But, it is pretty useless for an English speaker learning Korean.

This was gift for my mom, she was using printed dictionary and this is her second day using the product and she say's she would never go back to paper dicationary again :) Dictionary is build in with speaker and it pronounce words for my mom to practice and has back light to help my mom to see and read better.
Product has much more features than Dictionaries, such as MP3 and Ebook and schedule task and much more... Good to see my mom having blast with it!!!
if anyone are considering to buy good dictionary, D500 should be the one.
