I am Korean, so I know about the Ginseng. Most of high end Ginseng farm is watched over by the government and they are not easily exported to 3rd vendors. High end Ginseng is grown for 6 years and after harvested they are steamed . When steamed, the Ginseng turns to red color. So, if you want the real deal, get 6-year-red-ginseng from Korean market. Powder type is not permitted to be imported by US, so only liquid type and dried jerky type is imported. They are very expensive and you can tell it by the look of the golden package they are in. Red Ginseng is safe for people who has high blood pressure. Red Ginseng has no known side effects albit some first time consumers might experience insomnia. When taken regularly, Red Ginseng increases and maintains inner energy. However, I personally think that the exercise is the best health supplement.

This is an excellent product. As for another review doubting it being Korean or not, I don't know. Whatever kind of ginseng this is it is powerful and strong. I have high blood pressure and 500 mg of this makes it worse but if I take 1000 mg of this it actually lowers my blood pressure. All I can say is experiment with differing amounts and find what works best for your body type. I use this occasionally as a pick me up and sex drive booster. I think its a great product but it may not work well for everyone and what does? So try it and be your own judge about it.

Ginseng is a very highly valued diet supplement in East Asia, which refers to China, Korea and Japan in this context. I have been skeptic about it ever since I was a kid. Generally, it is just something for the high class to demonstrate their richness in ancient China, much like diamonds in the west. So don't expect much physical effect.

i was impressed with the speedy shipment. i rec'd my order within 2 days of ordering. in comparing the strength of the pills, i have to take double the amount of pills each day to equal the pills i purchased at my local GNC store.

Everything was fine with the vendor and the product, the only complaint that I have is that it was never mentioned that you should not use this product if you have high Blood pressure, this purchase was a waste of money for me.

I am very disappointed with this product. I took one 500 mg pill, one time, and am still having heart palpitations two weeks later. Heart palpitations are a side effect of Korean Ginseng, which should have been written on the label. I do not recommend this product.

Fast delivery, but I can't say much about the product, because I haven't used it much.
