General Usage - 4 Grams Per Day (More is often used (i.e., 15-20 grams) for acute health conditions but seek the advice of your naturopath, holistic healer or doctor before beginning any health program.)
TIP: Each root weighs approx. 20 grams. If you slice one of the roots into 5 equal parts then each part will weigh about 4 grams.
How to prepare Red Ginseng Root:
1. Use Direct: Microwave one root for 30 - 45 sec (watch carefully, too long it may burn) until root became soft, slice into small pieces and either chew or allow to dissolve in your mouth.
2. Make Tea: Place one quarter ginseng root (sliced) into a small cooker or tea spot, add 2-3 cups of water and bring it to boil. Reduce heat continue to simmer for approximately 45 minutes before serving.
3. Use as combination with other herbal formulas or make herbal wine.
