Hi,
Well this program does teach basic grammer and hangul. But I am not a fluent Korean so for me it is very good. It starts off teaching basic Korean and then moves to intermediate and advanced. If your Korean is already good then I suggest you purchase the software Korean Sat II. It costs less, only $42.99, and it is more for advanced students, I have both software products!. I'm glad to hear that you are interested in this software, and you are making the effort to learn.
I like Mastering Korean because it teaches me to speak and learn PROPER Korean. 2 words that sound the same may mean something different and is spelled differently. Little things like that I learn correctly and I learn to speak in proper form. I need to learn how to broaden my vocabulary when I speak and be able to speak to adults in a mature intellectual manner.this is my goal!
I have not posted a review on Korean SAT II yet, but I will soon. Why don't you check out the site from time to time o.k.?
I'm assuming your Korean is more advanced so if you are looking for more of a challange and are interested in learning more Korean then try Korean Sat II. If money is the issue don't worry, both softwares are well worth your money, I really don't think there are other CD Softwares like these ones, this one is really different. But you'll have to check it out to see for yourself! I higly recommend these products!
Well, you are right I thought this email was weird considering I don't know you, but that's o.k, I'm glad I could help! I hope I answered all your questions and gave you some good advice. Email me anytime if you have any other questions! .......

A pretty helpful book,
By A Customer
This review is from: Korean SAT II (Mastering Korean) (CD-ROM)
This CD offers a retively in-depth explanation of the SAT II Korean test, has an awesome vocabulary review and a great variety of traslated dialgues. The only shortcoming of the CD is that many of the questions seem too easy (compared to those found in the Real SAT II's book released by the College Board). In addition to the use of the CD, I strongly suggest that the student review heavily with his/her textbook even if the textbook questions are harder than the actual test.
