This is a must-have cookbook, whether or not you keep a kosher home. The production values are fantastic (clearly written, full color pictures of many of the foods, informative sidebars) and all the recipes that my friends and I have tried were easy to follow and tasted delicious. If you are looking for kosher recipes that are elegant and a cut above the usual fare of kreplach and stuffed cabbage, then this is definitely the book for you. I also found the index to be very well organized. Your only problem will be finding the time to try everything out!

My mother gave me this book as a present two weeks ago and I LOVE it! The recipes are easy to follow and they taste great. (My husband keeps asking me to make him the chocolate chip sticks again.) The information and tips given in the sidebars are very helpful and really make this more than just a cookbook - it's a cooking lesson.

The color photographs in the book are beautiful and entice you to try out all the recipes.

I predict that this cookbook will become a must-have for any kosher cook.

This cookbook is fantastic! All of my friends were talking about it so I bought it. Wow!! It is so well made and the recipes are delicious. Every time I compliment someone on a new dish at their Shabbos table they tell me it's from here. I have tried a few of them myself and they have been easy to make and absolutely delicious. They also present beautifully. I highly reccomend it for people who like to cook, want to try new things, and still like to keep it rather simple. Even the pickiest eaters will enjoy these recipes.

I collect many kosher cook books, but this one was wonderful. All the recipes I have tried were very good. Especially the spinach/heart of palm salad, carrot kugel, ultimate chocolate cake, and some chicken recipes. There is one chicken dish with peanut sauce that didn't turn out, but everything else was great. I also get great raves from guests! This book has become the fashionable trendy cook book that Jews use...all my friends have it!

I am not Jewish, but I found this to be a thoroughly informative book. I first saw the book at our friends house during one of the high holy days. Needless to say I rushed out and purchased it. The meals are very easy to prepare and the feedback we have received from our Gentile friends has been fantastic. I can't wait until Thanksgiving!

An incredible cookbook, with new recipies and many of the classics. we have made several of the chicken recipes and some of the sides and desserts, everything so far has been great. The book is well organized and easy to follow.

I don't know how I have gotten along without it. This book replaces all my mother's scribbled recipes. The perfect gift for the bride-to-be.

I bought one for myself and loved it so much I bought one for my sister-in-law. Now she really loves me. With success like that I buy them as gifts for everyone. Now everyone loves me. Bet you can't buy just one!

Recipes are elegant and easy, there hasn't been one recipe that I've tried that wasn't good. Simply the best!!!!!

The Kosher Palate is by far the best kosher cookbook in my collection. I now use it exclusively because I know I can trust the recipes to come out elegant and tasty. People have been raving over my cooking because of it! Some favorite recipes include: "Sesame Noodles," "Strawberry Soup," and "Oatmeal Cranberry Crunch." Delicious!
The Kosher Palate would make the BEST wedding or engagement gift!!!!
