Kosher meat just tastes better. Maybe it's because that's what I ate growing up....but having tried the other, non-kosher meat, I can honestly say there IS a difference. Only, DARK turkey meat ALWAYS tastes better than white turkey meat. Kosher or non-kosher. PLEASE offer dark meat, (or dark and white meat together, at least 50 / 50)
Yes, it's more caloric. But, as I ALWAYS take the skin off my chicken now, (OK, I take a small bite before throwing the chikcken skin away, sigh!), I think I -- and other dark-turkey meat lovers -- deserve to have the tastier, dark kosher ground turkey meat! Will be looking for it....thanks!
