The Koss HG835B boombox features a single-disc CD player, dual cassette deck, and AM/FM stereo tuner. Its CD player offers 20-track random programming and multiple playback functions. The cassette deck offers high-speed and synchronized tape-to-tape dubbing.

The front-positioned speakers are detachable and have a bass boost switch, producing lower frequencies more efficiently. Auto level-control recording and balance control also enhance sound quality.

The HG835B has a headphone jack (headphones not supplied). It comes with a detachable line cord and can run on eight D batteries (not included).

Koss's warranty covers 90 days on parts and labor.
