Hand me down that lasted for years and years
They are quite enormous, but assuming that these are the same type of Koss headphones that my older brother bought in 2001, I would say that they are very good. They lasted for years and years and years. The sound quality is great. And there is a long chord which is good for use with a desktop computer. Also, they are really very comfortable as the phone fits around one's...

Headphones fell apart
I bought the headphones for my son for Christmas, and he was able to use them happily for a day, but then they fell apart (and he was being careful with them). The adjustment component broke, rendering them useless - they kept sliding off. The company from whom we bought them was great, and refunded the money immediately. They are inexpensive, and there is a reason for it.

They are quite enormous, but assuming that these are the same type of Koss headphones that my older brother bought in 2001, I would say that they are very good. They lasted for years and years and years. The sound quality is great. And there is a long chord which is good for use with a desktop computer. Also, they are really very comfortable as the phone fits around one's entire ear, not a millimeter excluded. Writing this review makes me wish I still had that pair.

I know, I know--you can't stuff these in your pocket, or go jogging with them, etc.
I can, however, experience the most accurate, full-sounding music--more so than a pair of Senheiser headphones I owned a few years back ('studio quality'--whatever that REALLY means). KOSS is like your favorite squeeze, your favorite pair of jeans, your favorite jacket, your favorite boots, or your favorite revolver--others may momentarily get your attention, but you ALWAYS COME BACK. The feel and design approach is amazing--irregardless of the price. (I remember my Senheiser headphones cost me approximately $180.00. What was I thinking?!) Experience full, beautiful, headphone sound NOW!. |
