If your thinking eating noodles is going to be a blast with these awesome light sabers.. your wrong. The sticks don't have any grip so the noodles just slid off. I've been eating with chop sticks all my life and I was a bit let down. But, hey it's fun to play with and they look cool.. And I guess you can say with certainty this would be more of a collector's item.

I love the idea of lightsaber chopsticks but look before you leap here. These are the smoothest plastic chopsticks I've ever used and it's nearly impossible to eat with these. They're a little top heavy and much, much too slippery for regular eating. Forget about noodles.

They look neat for some special occasions though, so if you stir fry some really sticky rice and you can actually use them, they're kind of cool.

Bought this as a fun Christmas gift for my brother-in-law. He loves them and uses them all the time. Durable, easy to clean. He loves that they are two sizes.

other than the fact that balance seems to be an issue in operating these as chopsticks... but that i'm sure would be difficult to overcome, they're perfect.

These chopsticks are pretty awesome! I bought this as a gift for my husband. It's a cool design but very slippery. What can you expect if you want it to look like a light saber right? And I have also have other "designed" chopsticks, and they are shiny and slippery too so it's not to unusual.
They make eating a challenge but they are fine with some dryer foods. They seem to work well with sushi. They aren't impossible to eat with but not very easy when it comes to things like noodles. But since they look so cool we still really enjoy them anyway. And they are a great conversation starter with friends. They always think these are cool!

I bought these chopsticks for a friend I always have issues figuring out what to buy for, for Christmas a while back. He loved the looks of them and they do look great. They come with a lil stand and the colors are great. The only issue he seemed to have was that the backs (where the handle of the saber is) are heavy so he found it hard to eat with them and that the saber part was so smooth and slick, noodles slipped right off them. Theres no grip like wood ones would have. But if your an expert noodle eater with chopsticks I wouldnt worry. These are a great gift for a star wars fan though. He liked them. Would reccomend.
