4.0 out of 5 stars pretty good music if J-rock is your thing, kinda sounds like soft alternative, July 15, 2008
I can't say that this is the best album Jinn has produced, but as it is their first it is important to know a band's beginnings. No song in particular blew me away, but none of them made me want to select the next track either. Overall I think it's a good listen. If you are interested in this band because of the final opening theme to the anime series Blood+ titled "Raion" Be aware that not only is that track NOT on this CD, but this band typically plays a good deal slower and softer than that particular song. They have two other full albums besides this one, by the titles of "Lemmings" and "Qualia". I personally feel that Qualia is the best of the three.

If you are looking for the song Raion, you have a few options. You could buy the single, but I think that singles are a waste of money. If you like most of the music from Blood+ you could go with the Blood+ Complete Best soundtrack. If you like the song Raion in particular and want to hear different stuff with it, you can also find the track on the Lemmings album. That album also features the track "Kaidoku Funô" which is the second opening theme to the anime Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. Aside from that track and Raion, the rest of the cd is pretty calm stuff so if you like easy listening more power to you.

P.S. I just wanted to point out that I am not even the least bit fluent in japanese, so I cannot interpret the lyrics. I am rating the music simply based on how it sounds to me.
