Very Detailed and Informative, November 10, 2006
This review is from: Jonas and Kovner's Health Care Delivery in the United States: 8th Edition (Springer Series in Geriatric Nursing) (Paperback)
This is a detailed book describing how our health care system works. I enjoyed reading this book for my class, because it accurately describes the health care delivery system. It opened my eyes of what's going on in health care and how consumers are dealing with it. I recommend this book for anyone who is interested in health care.

Okay text, August 29, 2007

I used this for my Intro class. The textbook rambles on a lot about general types of health care levels and policies; however, it provides tons of statistics which makes it quite boring and hard to read through.

Well written and interesting book about a dry subject., September 23, 2005
This review is from: Jonas and Kovner's Health Care Delivery in the United States: 8th Edition (Springer Series in Geriatric Nursing) (Paperback)
The chapters in this book fly by and the author does a great job of making complex topics concerning health care easy and understandable. Although this book is required for a class I am in and wasn't bought for pleasure, I do not mind reading it and actually enjoy it.
