Excellent recipes
I love cream cheese and this book gave me lots of ways to use it. The recipes are great for entertaining or just making something special for your family. I designed some great BBQ sauces and any dessert in this book will go with BBQ. There are 195 pages in my edition filled with appetizers, meals dips and previously mentioned desserts, they're all good!

When I was in Philadelphia a few weeks ago, I saw the Kraft Philadelphia cream cheese cookbook. Since my luggage was already overweight, I wasn't able to buy it and take it home with me to Portugal. When I was in Philadelphia a few weeks ago, I saw the Kraft Philadelphia cream cheese cookbook. Since my luggage was already overweight, I wasn't able to buy it and take it home with me to Portugal.
In Portugal I took a look at Amazon.com to see that the book was there for sale. Okay it was little money, I should have been warned. Nevertheless I decided to buy the book. Knowing to expect a second hand book, the same edition as I saw in Philadelphia. There was a great disappointment to see a really damaged book with recipes from the late '80's. It was not what I had hoped for. Well lesson learned, next time I should buy the copy just when I see it and take the change not to pay extra for overweight luggage.

My original copy of this book was lost at a dish-to-pass dinner. I'm so glad to get a replacement in good condition at a great price. Cream cheese sales are increasing already!
