This is a great cushion for those plastic and metal chairs so often used at classes. I have a sewing class and a cake decorating class I attend and the chairs are hard and hurt my back. This not only gives me cusion but gives me a little height for the sewing class. It helps me be level with the sewing machine like I am at home. The carrying strap makes it easy to tote along with my other things. Would seriously consider buying more as gifts for friends and family.
