Beautifully nordic, September 23, 2005

I wasn't expecting much from this album, but I have to say that I like it more and more. This isn't going to blow your shoes off, but the voice performance is quite impressive, the arrangements are excellent (minimalistic but still present enough to make for a very enjoyable experience), and the album has a very consistant mood. I thought a lot about Loreena McKennitt while listening to this album, but this is more "modern". I wish I could understand the lyrics though :)
