5.0 out of 5 stars Very good faucet August 21, 2011
Color Name:Chrome|Amazon Verified Purchase
I have Kohler, Grohe and Jado faucets in my house. This faucet is a high quality faucet that has a nice commercal look to it. The price was great compared to the higher end faucets out there and it was a snap to install. I installed it in my laundry sink. When my wife saw it and tried it, she asked me to put in in the kitchen sink where I have a Grohe which cost me 3 times more. Its worth the money, these guys make a nice quality product. In my opinion this faucet would look great in a kitchen sink.

5.0 out of 5 stars Shockingly Pleased November 9, 2011
By Doolie1

Was replacing a 7 year old Kohler faucet in the kitchen. Really like the drop down type faucet but the American Standards/Kohlers etc are at the 300$+ range.
I wasn't familiar with this brand and usually cheaper faucets are plastic, not heavy and of low quality......I decided "what the heck" since it was pretty cheap.
Got the faucet today, VERY easy to install and shocking quality for the price. Looks, feels and works like it is 300$ All heavy material except the head(which is plastic), but the way it attaches I don't see it as a problem.
You are probably a bit afraid, like me, of going for a brand your not sure of....i can say this faucet is as good as others that cost at LEAST 100$ more than this one and possibly 250$ more.

5.0 out of 5 stars Well built, stylish, easy to use and install. December 29, 2011
Color Name:Chrome|Amazon Verified Purchase
Every time my wife comes into the kitchen, she exclaims that she loves her new faucet. That should be enough of a review, but to add some technical details...

Installation was easy. The instructions included were thorough, well written, and easy to understand. The handle can be easily mounted for left hand or right hand operation. (anywhere you want, for all practical purposes.) The model I bought stated it had fittings for US plumbing and it did. Everything included but the three hole cover plate, which I believe was in the description or advised by Amazon.

Operation is straightforward, and the nozzle is easy to pull from and place back into the swingarm. There is also an o-ring to keep it from getting scratched and to keep things quiet.

Build quality seems to be on-par with Kohler and Moen faucets, possibly better. It's hard to tell without a long term test.

Aesthetics are great. I would love for the spring to be pulled down all the way to the swingarm, but I fully understand why it doesn't. The small gap is acceptable.

3.0 out of 5 stars You get what you pay for December 14, 2011
Color Name:Chrome|Amazon Verified Purchase
We've been using this faucet for about 6 weeks now, and at first it worked great. There is a little rubberized "O" ring that is supposed to hold the sprayer head securely in place when it is in the holder. That ring would cause it to stick in the holder and be hard to dislodge the spray head. It was kind of annoying, so I just slid the ring down, but it wiggles slightly now, and the sprayer head tilts backwards toward the back splash (or where the back splash would be if it wasn't on an island.) This causes quite a bit of a mess when it is in spray mode. Also, when switching from spray to stream, the mechanism must get stuck, because water will sometimes still leak from the spray holes on the outside. I have to push the button several times to get it to fully switch modes. I do like the single button and the flexibility, but I'd probably go with my gut next time and get a name brand I'm familiar with.

1.0 out of 5 stars sloppy/ leaky March 22, 2013
Color Name:Chrome
This sprayer leaks from every seam. The spray setting drips, the flexible tubing leaks. Started from day one in new house--contractor installed. It's so messy looking with the water drizzling out of everything, it drives me crazy. Avoid this cheap sprayer.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful producrt. Just what I was looking for. May 23, 2012
Color Name:Chrome|Amazon Verified Purchase
I searched for a faucet for a long long time. This time I wanted something that was sturdier than the others I had bought in the past. When I came upon this one I it ordered immediately. When it arrived I called my son to put it in, but he was sick. My husband had injured his back and elbow in a fall and couldn't do it either. I was getting desperate so I called my son in law. He gladly came over and installed it in about an hour. The only problem is our sink. It is very thin so the faucet leans forward. We have wanted a new sink for a long time since this one has some deep scratches from teenagers slamming pots. It is just the greatest faucet,I love the way I can use the sprayer without having to hold the button down the whole time and since it sits so high I can put my large pot under it without having to use the sprayer. The funny thing is that everyone who has seen it likes it too and say that's a great idea! That was what I thought too!, and it is.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great stylish faucet, with minor reservations March 31, 2012

For my recent kitchen remodel, I had looked at faucets from all the local places where one would buy faucets from, but wasn't terribly happy with any of the overpriced, under-designed, cheap pieces of crap, and even the expensive ones that were interesting had terrible reviews for longevity. When I came across this one, I was pretty interested.

It is mostly quite nice; the build quality is great, and I am positive this is going to last. It also looks attractive, is very easy to operate, and is clearly well-designed and built.

However, there are some slight downsides to it. My sink is rather large, and the swing-arm that the faucet clips to is a bit short, and not being able to adjust the direction of spray is a bit annoying. If there were a longer arm for it, or one where the angle on the clip were adjustable, I would be a lot happier. It's not a HUGE deal because of course I can just unclip the faucet and point it wherever I want, but I do tend to need to use both hands while I'm cleaning a large pot or the like, so this feels a bit awkward. I can probably get used to it though.

Also, it is quite happy to spray a lot of water very fast, and it's way too easy to open it up to full-tilt. As a result, it tends to splash water everywhere, although it's nice being able to fill up my pitcher in just a few seconds compared to the minute or so that my previous low-flow faucet took. Of course, since the City of San Francisco is sending a water use inspector over, I am sure I am going to get dinged for this.

All in all, I'm very happy with the faucet, and on a smaller sink or with a bit more adjustability it would probably get a perfect 5 stars.

UPDATE: I ended up with a 3D printer, and I designed and printed an adjustable clip for this.
