This scaffold/ladder system can be used either as a scaffold or 10-foot extension ladder. The wood platform is UL-classified, features an antiskid surface, and measures 17 by 58 inches, with a 1,000-pound load capacity. Platform height is adjustable from rung to rung with a minimum height of 1 foot and a maximum of 5 feet 6 inches. The two 6-foot straight ladders are UL-listed, meet OSHA and ANSI A14.2 standards, and have an extra-heavy-duty industrial Type 1A, 300-pound rating. The scaffold/ladder weighs only 46 pounds and measures 76 by 21 by 6 inches (length by width by height) when folded, making it easy to move and store.

I've used the Krause VarioTop Scaffold/Ladder system for over two years and have found its versatility and strength indispensible! Working alone, I find that the stability is surprising, considering its minimal weight. When called upon to support myself and another worker, it didn't seem to mind at all. I really enjoy being able to pick it up fully-assembled and walk it to wherever I need to work, yet it takes up very little space when broken down into its various components. I heartily recommend it.

I purchased two of these and Love htem any thing from painting to trim work they are fantastic. Very easy set up and transport great for steps, inclines and flat work I highly recomend them...
