These screws from Kreg are quite unique in that they have a self-drilling auger point that cleanly drills into any solid, composite, or plywood with ease. Two different thread pitches are available, fine for hardwood and coarse for softwood, composite and plywood. This starter kit contains five of the most popular screw sizes and types. Screws are packed in an impact resistant plastic case which is illustrated with each screw type and has an application guide. Using these screws with Kreg’s pocket joint jig will enable even a novice woodworker to make strong, tight joints on the first try.

The SK02 Pocket Screw Kit includes 675 screws: (150) SPS-F1, (150) SPS-C1, (150) SML-F125, (150) SML-C125, and (75) SML-C250W.

Use a 1-inch screw in 1/2-inch stock, a 1-1/4-inch screw in 3/4-inch stock, and a 2-1/2-inch screw in 1-1/2-inch stock. Whether you are a professional cabinet maker or home crafter, this kit is a great sampler and will also keep the work area organized. –- Sue Gregori

These are high quality, self drilling screws. They work well with the Kreg pocket hole jigs, and are also useful in other applications where a self-drilling screw is needed.

The kit is a good value and the screws are of high quality. It would be nice if it included some 1 3/4 and 2 in. screws

I bought these with the Kregg master pockethole kit. Perfect match for that kit. But these screws are great quality and can be severely driven with their square drive heads. I used with and without the Kregg pocket jig with great results.
