I love these capsules. No more nasty fish oil for me. Just two small capsules a day and I get al of my omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. There is no fishy taste or after taste. I am not including the label information because sometimes people read that and thinks because the numbers are less than their fish oil, it is an inferior product. Not true. Krill oil is highly concentrated and more easily absorbed by the human body. The following is from Dr. Mercola's web site: The Antioxidant Potency of Krill Oil is 48 Times Higher than Fish Oil Antioxidants are your body's primary way to neutralize free radicals -- those harmful metabolic byproducts that damage cells and tissues throughout your body. Scientific evidence has repeatedly demonstrated that antioxidants are a cornerstone in the promotion of heart health, boosting your immune system, and memory support. They also appear to play a role in helping to slow your signs of aging. Although many foods contain antioxidants, today's poor-quality diets are nearly always insufficient in the full range of these beneficial free radical scavengers. So when you consider that the anti-oxidant potency of krill oil is 48 times more potent than fish oil, well... choosing between the two is easy. If you're still not convinced of the antioxidant powers to krill oil, independent ORAC evaluations have also established that genuine Neptune krill oil contains: Over 300 times the antioxidant power of vitamin A and vitamin E Over 47 times the antioxidant power of lutein Over 34 times the antioxidant power of coenzyme Q-10

My chiropractor suggested I take this. There has been great improvement in my condition and inflammation reduced. I take it with glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate.

The service was excellent. What I liked was that you could get a good deal by even ordering the product in small bottles of 60, a months supply, instead of having to deal with the product sticking together in a larger bottle once it was opened for longer periods of time.

I started taking these when my Dr. said my cholesterol was creeping up a little too high. He wanted to put me on medication, but I asked him to give me 6 months. I started taking this and went back 6 months later for cholesterol readings and it had returned to normal (without changing my diet that was already heart healthy!). These are reasonably priced compared to other brands and I find it has less fishy smell/taste than the more expensive brands.

My research indicates that Krill Oil is very important for circulatory health. Capsules are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. Been taking these for several years.
