5.0 out of 5 stars Got a line in the water but I ain't fishin'
Boondox does it again.Krimson Creek is the off the chain. Its different from the Harvest. The beats are darker but it is so tight. This album is dark murkey.Just straight country wicked rap album. All the tracks are tight. The country feel is really in this album.I have to say Boondox is one of the best rappers I have ever heard.I think this is up to par with Freekshow.Like...

the harvest is alot better than kimson creek. I only like one track on the whole album but thats jus me...and the only reason i didnt like tha cd is becaus of the polished crappy beats... yet his style of rap is dope. & im always goin to miss the raw & rugged beats of the old psychopathic. i have played this album around 5 or 6 times now hoping it will grow on me but it...

5.0 out of 5 stars Get this album, May 14, 2008
This review is from: Krimson Creek (Audio CD)
One of the best albums to come out of Psychopathic records in a long time. The album is tight and it hits hard. There isn't a song on the album I didn't like. Get this album and enjoy its dark and creepy feel. Boondox is the man of the hour.

4.0 out of 5 stars A step below the Harvest, A step above the rest, May 23, 2008

At first listen, I didn't like this album. It wasn't the same Boondox and I was a little upset with that. I gave it a couple more listens, and on the third try I was in love. It hasn't left my car since. For some reason, most of the hatchets albums are like this for me. If you're a Juggalo, no doubt, you will love this album. In my opinion, only ICP can compete with Boondox. If you're not a juggalo, well my wife hates everything from Psychopathic Records except Boondox. But if you are considering an album of his, go with the Harvest. It's is the best album to ever come from Psychopathic Records.

4.0 out of 5 stars Better then the Brotherhood, May 14, 2008
This review is from: Krimson Creek (Audio CD)
Picked up the C.D. after school yesterday. My first thoughts were that it is not as good as the Harvest as an overall C.D. I loved every song on that C.D. while this one had some I wasn't feeling. But some songs on this C.D. are much better overall. Inbred Evil was pure amazing Wicketness! Heathen had a nice beat and a really nice hook. Cold Cruel World hit close to home for me too. After the disappointment of the new Lotus Album I was holding hope that Boondox would keep my faith in the Hatchet and he succeeded. Boondox is the best and hopefully can keep bringing it. I give it an 8/10

Boondox is a beast of an underground artist he is the best in my opinion but i must discuss the CD, The CD is extremely good from the songs of lust and torture to killing off his opposing enemies in the traditional serial killing the lyrics are smooth and vocally masterpeice's

This album is excellent. Boondox is the best addition to Psychopathic since Twiztid. This is his best work so far and I can only imagine what he will come up with next time. Truly the best new rap artist to come around in a long time.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of Psychopathic's Top 10, September 14, 2010
This review is from: Krimson Creek (Audio CD)
I've loved almost everything Boondox has done so far. His artistic vision is almost always well executed and I'm surprised more people haven't heard of him. How this album only has eleven reviews baffles me. In any case, this is his best album to date in my opinion. Each track stands out on its own and is wonderfully mixed to create the whole. There aren't many cds on the market which are dark, violent, surprisingly psychotic in places and still manage to hit home; touching the listener as would any great love song. Boondox creates his sound by blending country and rap with the familiar themes of the Psychopathic family. But there is no one out there doing it anywhere near as well as this man. This album is phenomenal. Buy it now.

This has more of a serious feel than his other material, IDK if he was out to prove himself or what... But he did! Solid album from boondox. If your a fan of his you won't be disappointed.
