Kristina Schneider is an organizational learning and performance technologist, merging instructional and systems technology with knowledge, project and operations management. Currently, she is the Director of Operations at Aviation Strategies International (ASI), a small yet highly reputable Montreal-based aviation management consulting and training firm with an international network of associates and business clientele.

After completing a Master's degree in Educational Technology, Kristina is now pursuing Doctoral studies in Business Administration at the Université de Sherbrooke, focusing on organizational strategies for knowledge management and transfer as well as professional communities of practice concurrently with her role at ASI.
