This is a great cup of coffee for the Tassimo. I'm so delighted that Amazon has finally started carrying the European and Canadian brands and this one does not disappoint.

The taste is great - not bitter, and probably more on the lighter side than the stronger side (despite the very dark color of the final product). For the American folk - be warned: be sure to stand by the Tassimo to utilize the manual mode (for those who don't know, you can push the button when it blinks manual to add more brew). This Jacobs Kroenung Coffee, T-Discs for Tassimo Coffeemakers, 16-Count Packages (Pack of 2) [Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging] t-disc makes about a 6 oz brew and I added some additional to make a full American cup with no issue.

When I first put in my normal amount of creamer (I use a sugar free Coffeemate Hazelnut) it was a little overkill, which suggests a slightly lighter coffee than my old mainstay, the Gevalia Crema.

All in all, a great little cup. I will be keeping these in my pantry for frequent use!

These discs make smallish cups (6-8 oz, I think) but the coffee is medium-bodied, and a bit fruity. It reminds us of the coffee we were served in Europe -- strong(ish) but not over-roasted or bitter. Very pleasant! Just ordered another 32 t-discs.

The coffee tastes great, but the pod only brews an extremely small cup. Packaging says "European Size" but its got to be less than 6oz.

As others have stated, the Kronung discs brew a very small cup compared to what you might expect. You can add more water through the Tassimo but I don't. I just know that these discs are made for smaller cups. I've used the Kronung coffee with a Hot Chocolate disc to make Cafe Mochas and it turns out good. I've also added them to steamed milk for a lighter latte than a traditional espresso disc would.

All in all, I'm pleased with these and will order them again.

My Tassimo has gone pretty much unused since my stock of Starbucks dried up. Tassimo was apparently asleep at the switch and didn't work on other full flavor/dark alternatives. This brew is much better than the Maxwell House I tried, but I would not buy it again. I'll give Tassimo some time to bring more products out, but for the meantime I'm back to brewing full pots of coffee that doesn't taste like flavored water.

I already knew that it was but when my husband tasted it for the first time he agreed with me that this is it.We have tried all others but this one is the best. It actually tastes like coffee is full of flavor yet incredible smooth and delicious.A must try for every coffee lover that has not tried this one yet, you won't be disappointed.

In my opinion, this is comparable to the Nabob coffee, which I also enjoy. The serving is somewhat small, but you can use manual mode to add more water with not much a loss in taste. I usually find it to be the right amount after adding cream, when I don't want a 12oz serving that I often use(Morning blend). This is one of the better coffees, and Amazon has a decent price.

I'm not a black coffee drinker, but I do take my first sip of a cup black so I can tell how much cream and sugar I want to add to it. Well, with Jacobs that first sip gave me bad impression - I thought it was somewhat weak, but a splash of half and half and about a tablespoon of International Delight's York Peppermint Pattie creamer made this a tasty treat. The smoothness of the brew and the small size (I believe this disc brews 6 ounces) a lovely after-dinner coffee. I'd definitely buy this one again. As a matter of fact, I already have.

Another nice, mild blend of coffee if you are not looking for a robust, dark coffee. Good flavor, nice aroma. Good price. Recommend.

This is a full favor coffee that is not bitter, but not quite as strong as I would like when comparing to starbucks breakfast blend which is one of my favorites, but I don't like much bolder than that. It does make a small cup, sometimes I have to use two pods to make one of my bigger cups I use. I wouldn't recommend just adding water if you like your coffee on the bolder side.
