As other reviewers have indicated, there is no room for the power cord or a USB mouse. I would have preferred an external pouch for the power strip and mouse. It would have increased the bulk, but not appreciably. Having said that, my daughter, for whom we bought the case, does think it is "cute".

I'm considering some jury rigged modification with industrial velcro and a small nylon sack.

It's cute and all, but if you plan on needing to carry the adapter and accessories, this is NOT the case for that. You need another bag just for your accessories and that makes no sense to me. If that's what you want...then this will be perfect.

I bought this case excited to have a safe way to tow around my zippy new netbook (Acer Inspire One). Lo and behold, when I went to put the Netbook in the case, it didn't fit! I thought perhaps there was a hidden expando pocket--but no. So I had to return it. Now they DO seem to have a larger version (which I've now ordered). But it was a hassle to have this not fit, send it back and then deal with my mistrust of netbook accessories...ha! But it sure looks cute in the plastic!
