I bought this to use with my new HP Mini 1000 netbook, which fits in it nicely. The neoprene material provides just the right amount of padding for my use, which is carrying it around the office between meetings and protecting it while in my messenger bag. There isn't much room for carrying accessories, just an outer zip pocket for small/thin items. But that's ok because I carry chargers and other accessories in my main messenger bag. Overall this is a great inexpensive sleeve if that's all you need.

There is a great added feature that is not described. When you open it up there is a little neoprene lip that you can flip over your net book so it does not accidentally slide out when the sleeve is open. This is very nice. The pockets are not for anything bulky, but could definitely hold your phone or a jump drive...smaller items. The color is very nice too. I was afraid that it was going to be a very bright royal blue, but it is a very nice subdued royal blue. My dad will like this as part of his Christmas gift.

I bought a Dell Mini 1012 netbook with a 10.1 inch screen, and I was browsing for a sleeve that was going to fit it correctly. After looking through this site at many sleeves, it was down to this or one that was closer to 20 dollars. I compared the dimensions and this one seemed like it would work. Also, the price and the fact that it appeared durable was a selling point.

Thankfully, it fits the Dell Mini 1012 perfectly! It also has the neoprene lip to secure it in the case. There are two small plastic clear pockets on the inside to store SD cards or other small items. The zippered part on the outside is somewhat flat so putting a charger or something large in there is kind of hard, but I think if you try you can get it in there. My charger did fit, but it seemed like a tight squeeze.

I am a student and I keep my Mini in my bookbag, so this works great! If you need something simple for protection, this is just right.
