This is a perfect fit for my WD 160GB Passport portable drive. Just the right size for the drive and cable, without any room to slide around. Still 'pocket size', but protected.

i bought this case because i had droped my old WD pass port HD on the way to class and it stopped working after that. this case offers great protecting to an expansive HD on the go.

it is made from a rubber like outter with a soft like almost felted inside with some mess on one side to hold the cable or what ever you want to put in it.

the fit of the case with a Western Digital My Passport Essential Portable Hard Drive was very snug and with out any movement in the case because you have to almost push it in a bit to fit (because of the rounded edges of the case i think) but not to much pushing is needed.

works great for on the go or storage just push the HD in and some cables zip it shut and toss it in a bag and off you go no worries and your data or saved work is safe.

Protection paramount

This case was designed to hold a Nintendo DS Lite. My Western Digital 250GB portable hard drive fits in this thing but its really snug and tight. If your looking for a cheap case then it will do but if your looking for a case to secure your portable hard drive and fit perfectly inside then keep shopping around. Overall it does the job but I don't like having to stuff it in there and just zip it up.

I carry my Passport drive around a lot, and this case is solid and snug-fitting; it has a mesh pouch inside for the cable, which fits neatly -- very handy.

This case is inexpensive and fits my WD Passport hard drive perfectly. Elastic mesh netting holds drive securely inside case, which is snug anyhow. Room for coiled USB cable to lay on top hard drive and then to zip case shut. Case works just fine - like it was tailored to hard drive.


Cheaper than other cases I looked at and is sized perfectly - not to big, so hd flops around, and not too small.

This fits my Toshiba 500gb portable hard drive. The drive should be inserted into the sleeve inside. The sleeve is meant for the cable, but the drive fits perfect inside the sleeve. It doesn't fit well outside the sleeve. You can keep the cable outside the sleeve. Though made of eva, the case is hard enough.

Good product, provides nice protection for my passport hard drive. Well built and good looking. But what's up with the carabiner hanging off it? It gets in the way most of the time, doubles the weight and clanks. Who the hell walks around with a hard-drive hanging off their belt like janitor keys? I don't get it.

I ordered this for my Western Digital My Passport Essential 500 GB USB 2.0 Portable External Hard Drive(WDME5000TN). The disk fits snugly inside the case.

Bought to use with my Western Digital External Hard Drive. It fits well and has an area that holds the cord for the hard drive. Protects it well and isn't too bulky. Great buy!
