I don't hate the cover that comes with the Kindle - it has its benefits. But it does take up a bit of space without entirely protecting the Kindle. After looking around for alternatives Kroo Sleeve is the first I've purchased. It does just what I want: it protects the Kindle while taking up a minimum of space.

A word of caution about the color. The grey is indeed grey but the pink is more of a lilacy mauve, an attractive mauve. Fine with me although it does look a little garish with the inexplicable orange trim. (Is orange Kroo's brand color?) Not a big drawback by any means. Just a warning for any mauve-phobes out there.

I purchased this sleeve when I first bought the Kindle, and I'm glad I did. I don't like the fake book-like cover that comes with the Kindle. This sleeve fits snugly over the Kindle, nice and slim, can slip it in and out of my bag/briefcase quickly.

This was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I recently took a trip around the world and did not have any case protecting my Kindle. When I found this I ordered it immediatly. It fits perfectly around the Kindle and protects it while en-route via purse, backpack, suitcase, etc.. For anyone like me that takes the Kindle everywhere this is a MUST HAVE!

I'm very pleased with this case for my K2. It's soft, easy to take on and off and offers some degree of protection with light padding should the K have an accident. The light weight makes it more reasonable to carry in my purse; the original hard backed, leather cover is waaay to heavy for that IMHO.

The colors are okay too.

Awesome product, works well. Much easier to handle that the case that came with the Kindle.

I purchased the cover for my Kindle I because I didn't care for the hard bound cover that was originally with it. This cover allows me to carry my Kindle with me without fear of scratching the face in transit. The only thing I don't like about it is the color combination. Who came up with that?

I ordered the sleeve for my Kindle to protect it when travelling. It is so much nicer than the leather cover that came with the Kindle, which always slides off. If you plan to take your Kindle anywhere, or even just to store it at home, you need this product.

Kindle accessories can be expensive, bulky and ugly.
Why must everything related to electronic devises be black?
If you're a girl or at least are tired of everything being black, now you can have the option of a very nice protective sleeve for your Kindle in two colors, gray/pink for a very good price.
Excellent option if you don't want to spend a fortune.

I didn't keep the product because it wasn't what I expected. The case was only used if you take the Kindle Case that comes with the Kindle off. I wanted a case to carry the entire package - Kindle and black case. I didn't see the point in taking the black case off and putting this one on.

Because I always use the Kindle cover that came with the Kindle, I have very little use for this. Nothing wrong with it - it just seems useless as I carry the Kindle in the Kindle case. I wouldn't put the Kindle in this, then take the case with me empty, then take the Kindle out and put it in the cover for reading. Duplicity. It is made well and looks cute - I'll probably sell it in a garage sale.
