This board arrived fast and perfect. The quality is phenomenal and my son is the envy of the block. Their customer service was awsome and as I said everything was top notch. I will definately be back for more stuff.

This item was ordered as a gift for my son's 13th birthday. It arrived on time and was packaged loosly , in a oversized box from Amazon. It was moving all over when it arrived almost as if it was just tossed into box with some paper crunched up and shoved into box.

The board itself is SO flimsy that after he rode it about 6 times, the wood began to buckle, the trucks and hardware are hard to manipulate, won't tighten properly and are just made "cheaply and unsafe".

Although it looked nice, and when he opened it he was thrilled...he quickly learned that he could not SAFELY enjoy this board. I am a true believer , in this instance, you get what you pay for.

We HAD to return it.

I am a 95-lb young adult female and I bought this board just for fun, because I wanted to learn how to skateboard but I don't think I'll ever be brave enough to try any tricks. It looks really cool, and rolls very smoothly, but I usually only ride it on a large, smooth, open blacktop. It seems to support my weight very well, and I've let my (heavier) friends ride it and it has seemed fine for them, too, though they have not ridden it for very long. At first, it was very stiff, and I could hardly get it to turn at all, but after letting my friends ride it, it got looser and now it turns at least decently. I wanted a cheap skateboard, and that's what I got, but it works fine for what I want it to do, and I wouldn't have wanted to pay more for a nicer board when this one works fine.

Do not buy this product. My 10 year old son waited by the front door for three days so excited for his new longboard. Upon arrival, the color was great but that is all that is good with this so called board. First my son, (who is very light, like 65lbs)stood on the board and it almost broke in half. Next, upon riding it, it would NOT turn. My son nearly ran into a car, as he had no control of the board, other than only going one way, straight.

My son attempted to change, loosen and fix the wheels to no avail. All in all, I should have shipped back. It sits in the garage collecting dust and I had to buy him a new board. This time, I walked into a skateboard shop and let my son stand on the board and test ride to make sure it was a good board. Yes, I ended up buying a new one, that works correctly. As a consumer, I felt ripped off with this purchase. Don't make the same mistake. Save your money and go into your local merchant.
