I loved it and I have found more things to buy from amazon. I thought amazon is only for books and music. I was wrong. I am a regular coffee drinker and I can't afford to skip one. I couldn't find the Krups 12-Cup Carafe from the manufacture's web site and were planning to trash my coffee maker for good. Fortunately, amazon has saved my coffee maker. Thank You amazon.

The old one lasted three years. It took a very swift collision into the side of the sink for it to break. Thank heavens they are selling replacements, this one fit right in.

This is the exact replacement for our coffee maker. I love this old machine for its consistent brew, but the glass carafes do break over time.

Great item! I was thrilled to find a replacement for my older model of Krups(at least 15 years OLD). The height and the shape of the carafe are identical to the ld one, but the new lid does not work very well. In order for coffee to drip, I had to insert the carafe sideways as the new lid has a carved-out front and does not depress the drip latch.

So DO NOT THROW OUT YOUR OLD LID!!!! I put my old lid on, it snapped right in and the coffee maker is still in business!

Sounds silly doesn't it? When I broke the original carafe by banging it into the sink, I went out and bought a new coffee maker. However, when I poured too fast with new carafe it spilled over the side and since the lid didn't come all the way off it was much more difficult to clean. So I took back the new coffee maker and bought a replacement carafe for the old. I'm on my third carafe with the same coffee maker (it was my fault the others broke) and will be disappointed when the burner or some other problem forces me to go buy a different set up altogether. I LOVE THIS CARAFE.

I looked very hard for this carafe. Not everybody carries it anymore. This coffee maker model is a little obsolete. Anyway it has been very good to me. I was crushed when the old carafe broke(unfortunately this does happen easily). So I decided to replace it. Originally I had ordered it from the manufacturer(Krups) only to find that they didn't have it in stock! So I found this one on Amazon. It was exactly what I wanted. It arrived in no time. I was very pleased.

The Krups 035-42 replacement carafe is an exact replacement for the one that we accidentally broke (for the fourth time over the past 15 years). It was good to know that somebody still had these bad boys in stock otherwise we'd have been forced to throw away a perfectly good machine.

This replacement carafe is excellent. Lid comes with the carafe, which I discovered is a big deal. At other sites I had to order the lid separate. Item came on time, in great shape and was in use immediately. Just wish I'd bought two with one as a back up!

This Krups Carafe perfectly replaces the original Carafe that came with the Coffee Maker. It operartes just like the original in that I can interrupt the brewing to pour myself a cup of coffee without wasting a drop and it continues to brew when I replace the carafe on the stand!

This product replaced the carafe in a Krups model 453 coffee maker. As stated in the product description, the carafe lid, included, fits this model coffee maker. The product was delivered promptly, well within the promised time.
