Truth in Advertising
I needed a replacement carafe. They sold me a replacement carafe. I bought a replacement carafe. They delivered a replacement carafe.

Can't find them anymore
Perhaps I'm the only person left with this coffee maker out there, but if you need a carafe for it, call Medelco. Ask for Diane; their GL210 with a lid from a different model will fit the 867 Il Bistro. Krups doesn't have them, nor does anyone else.

It was delivered quickly, and it was much easier than going store to store looking for a universal replacement. We were without coffee at home for about a week, because I was sure that I could find it in a store. Just wished I had ordered a new lid as well! Very pleased with the product.

Wrong Coffee Maker,

Somehow I received the 036-42 and should have received the 035-42......what can we do? This coffee maker will not engage the drip controller.....jody
