An adjustable knob lets you control the thickness of meats, cheeses, and vegetables from 0 to 22 millimeters, allowing you to cut wafer-thin slices of salami or wider wedges of cheese for cubing. An included plastic grip holds food steady for slicing, and a tray collects slices on the opposite side of the unit as they come off the blade.

For the utmost safety, this meat slicer has dual safety measures to prevent accidents. The safety and power switches must be held down simultaneously to start the slicer, and the power switch must be constantly pressed to continue operation. For further stability during use, suction-cupped feet keep the appliance from sliding on your work surface.
