Once you figure out how to use it (which does take a while lol) it makes great espresso and cappuccinos. I'm super happy with it. very easy to clean and use.

I am very impressed with the machine and the features that come with the machine. I have used it several times since I got the machine. The machine is somewhat complicated if you don't read the instructions, but I was able to figure it out.
