Although I don't own these glasses a friend of mine owns them and I have drank out of them before. The previous reviewers have all missed the point of these glasses. Yes they are small, but that is the point. They are what Heineken is traditionally served in in Amsterdam, which I know from first hand experience. The reason these glasses are smaller is so that you finish the glass sooner and your beer stays colder. With larger glasses it takes longer to finish the beer, so the beer warms up more than when drinking out of smaller glasses. Makes sense, no? These glasses are neat and the little foam skimmer serves a good use too.

I purchased the Heinikens beertender (kegarator) and was looking for the beer glasses to give as a complete gift. I found the glasses at Amazon.com, and thought the price (19.99 with free shipping) of the product was reasonably. My order was shipped out promptly and arrived without any problems. The glasses are nice but could be larger,however, I was aware that they were only 8 oz.when I purchased them.

These glasses are intended to be used with the beertender. Not sure what some other of the reviewers are thinking but the longer beer sits in a glass the warmer it gets and the taste isn't the same as it was when you took your first few sips. In the beertender instruction manual it clearly explains how to pour a draught beer - in a cold wet 8 ounce glass. And I agree with that because the first glass I poured was 16 ounces and after about half of the glass was gone the beer was warmer and not as enjoyable as the first 8 ounces. I highly recommend these glasses over the 16 ounce glasses. Don't waste good beer.

I got these glasses for my husbands Beertender for his surprise birthday party. They are perfect, all his friends commented on how nice the set is..We love them!! A+

I ordered these with the Beer Tender and they allow for a great pour and a good size drink (not too big, not too small))

These glasses compliment the beer machine and are the PERFECT size when you just want some beer but not a lot. I'm a beer lover but not a "guzzler"... I love em!!!!

After buying the EdgeStar TBC50S Mini Kegerator Beer Dispenser I then ordered a couple sets of Krups Heineken 0.25L Beer Glasses. The beer glasses are well made with thick heavy glass noticably in the bottom area which helps keep the beer cold and from easily knocking over an almost empty glass. The 0.25L glasses are equal to 8.45 ounces. Like others have stated with these glasses the beer stays cold and be sure to rinse the glass in cold water until you feel the glass turn cold before filling the glass with your favorite draft beer. Cheers!

Make sure you realize that these are tiny little 8 oz glasses...not the kind of glass a frosty Heinekin should be served in. DO NOT waste your money. I felt tricked when they showed up...

These are very nice glasses but they are too small for my use. If they were not glass I would return them - I wish I had known they were only 8 oz before I bought them. I don' knowwhat I wl do withthem. Ron
