I'd almost given up. I'd tried several different highly rated toasters without finding one that could make decent, evenly browned toast. My search is over, the Krups TT9300 is the best I've found by far. It not only makes perfect toast on the first batch, but the second batch is just as perfect. It's a little expensive (although not as expensive as some others that I've tried) but it's worth it to me because, finally, I can make toast!

Enjoy making my toast with this quality appliance. It does make 'evenly' browned bread slices; it also is good with the Bagel--toasts just the one side while warming the outside, clever! The crumb tray can be easily dis-
lodged and needs to be pushed back in---where it belongs!

I bought this toaster specifically because I wanted an 1100-watt toaster, as advertised on this page. But when I received the toaster, I discovered that the specifications on the bottom of the toaster indicated that it was a 900-watt toaster. This information is available (I discovered later) on the Krups website as well.

It did seem to do a reasonable job of toasting, but no better than other toasters I have purchased for less money. I was willing to spend the extra money only because I thought I'd get a higher wattage, and thus more efficient, toaster. Back it went.

Although there is a wide range of prices on equipment to toast bread, it appears many toasters do not perform the task of even and consist browning on both sides. The Krups is an exception. It performs extremely well and is constructed to be the last toaster one would purchase. Both sides of the bread are uniform and equal in browning using the normal setting. Other than a button for bagels, the controls are simple but very effective.

I love this toaster. It looks nice, and it works great. Perfect toast, bagels, english muffins, etc every time.

This toaster toasts bread, English muffins, bagels nicely with a large selection of toasting levels. The slots could be longer in order to toast longer slices.

This is a great toaster. The controls are simple, the build quality is good, it's comfortably heavy and it looks good. The toast comes out evenly browned and the temerature control knob provides a continuous range of adjustment for my prefered level of toastyness.

It's been about five months and I'm still happy with my toaster! Everything still works, toast still browns evenly and consistently.

Seems to be a well built and good toaster. A little expensive but it feels durable. It toasts pretty evenly and has numerous coils to do the job. Not especially fast but overall it is a keeper! Amazon has continually been efficient, fair priced, well packaged and customer focused! Would recommend this website to everyone!

Best Toaster i have ever used. I sent one to my son. My teenage gtrandson loves it.
Being able to toast bagels is truly gteat. Put the bagels in, push the Bagel button
and set if on #4 - VOILA!
This makes a great gift.

I bought this toaster because I was tired of the crappy $20 toasters. This toaster is just as cheap quality they just charge more for it. The toaster was broken right out of the box and I returned it without even plugging it in. The crumb tray would not stay in the toaster. I think the cheap latch mechanism that holds the tray closed was misshapen during the molding of the plastic. I would have returned it even if it had not been already broken. The feel of the rest of the taster was also very cheap. I expected much more form this reputable brand. They obviously cut many corners when manufacturing this product. It is possible that my expectations were to high but it seems to me that for less then half the price I could have purchased a similar quality toaster from a different brand. The slots are small and will only work for standard bread. anything slightly on the long side will not fit. Look elsewhere for a quality toaster. My search continues for a quality toaster.

I am very very happy with the fantastic way that Amazon handles returns. So simple and fast. I love doing business with company's that are this great to there customers.
