I did not like the Krusell Voquish Case for the Samsung A920 because it is only a pocket case into which the phone is slipped. When the phone is removed from the case it can be dropped and damaged. The Krusell Multiadapt form-fitting case allows both halves of the clamshell phone to be slid into the case which then remains attached. The case that I received fit very tightly such that the securing band that crosses the volume toggle switch on the right side of the phone can reduce and turn off the ringer sound. With pressure applied repeatedly to the case in order to slide the case further onto the phone I resolved the problem. The case is attractive and allows use of all the phone's functions including charging while the case remains attached to the phone. Also I have dropped the phone too many times but have incurred no damage due to the protection provided by the case. This is my second Krusell case for my phone and replaces one I purchased two years ago when I first got the phone.The securing side-bands of the case finally broke making the case less securely attached to the phone. Considering how much I use the phone each day I consider two years of good service acceptable for this case. Recommended.(I would give it 5-stars if the case did not effect the ringer volume toggle switch initially.)
