I can't believe these are so good AND only 100 calories. They are a great TASTY pick-me-up when you are on the go or as a snack between meals. I also have to say that the peanut butter flavor--which is notorious for being the most plentiful and NASTY in a variety pack---is excellent as well. Go tell your momma!

Kudos bars are an excellent snack. My favorite is the M&M flavor but all of them are great. My husband and I take them to work as a snack and eat one for breakfast too. Very reasonably priced - much less expensive than any other bar out there and tastes so much better than any other bar we've tried.

Great snack anytime of day. Delicious! Amazon charges way too much for them. Just got a 50pk box at Grocery Outlet for $7.49. Usually around $10 a box at Costco.

Yes, it's great to be able to have a 100 calorie boost mid day from a delicious candy bar that provides protien too.

Kudos are great tasting. They are hard to find around my hometown so I love ordering here. As for the reviewer complaining about the TBHQ being bad for children making them hyperactive...Well duh, what about the sugar, corn syrup, brown sugar, candies, and chocolate. These are not advertised as healthy or organic or anything like that. They are basically lower calorie chocolate bars as a treat. I personally don't give my grandchildren anything with chocolate or lots of sugar except on rare occasions.

Besides the other bad ingredients, these bars have TBHQ in them, which makes kids hyper and causes them to misbehave. It's the worst thing you could give your child to take to school. I thought these bars were reasonable healthy but not so.
