Just received my latest shipment (Dec 2011) and first off, the bottle is bigger. So is the capsule, but the mg is still 1226 mg. I'm taking it for perimenopausal reasons, and I know it has an effect.

They don't know why, but these supplements can help about 1/3 of those with cluster headaches. It keeps mine from being severe and reduces the number of them during a cycle.
