This has been one of the sharpest knives, short of my hunting knife, that I have used. One of the sharpest in my kitchen anyway. Its easy to use and clean, very sharp, and a handy size. It is not, however, totally non-stick. Things like garlic and seeds from various items will still cling to the blade. There is a handy sheath if you want drawer storage as well. In general, a very good knife.

This is an excellent paring knife, and I'm very pleased with it's cutting ability. It slices through everything quickly and easily, and the nonstick coating is fantastic. I love the blue color, it goes with other items I have in my kitchen. It comes with a sheath to protect the blade and your fingers when stored. Kuhn Rikon makes some great kitchen items, and this is definitely one of them.

Be careful, these are very sharp! The plastic cover is just what you need if you are packing for a picnic or going camping. The colors are pretty cool also.

Got this for my mom and future mother in law for Christmas. They both love it - they were using dead, dull knives, and I was seriously worried they'd hurt themselves. It's inexpensive, but sturdy. You'll probably need to replace them every few years. The nonstick aspect is great too, especially for tomatoes or avocados.

Love it. This is my third one. The blade cover is very handy as I have travelled with it. The knife is wonderfully sharp and cuts really well. Highly recommended. I also love the colour options - it makes it really easy to find.

The Kuhn Rikon Nonstick Paring Knife is a very good value for a quality knife. We own several of these knives in different colors for use at home and in our shop. The different colors allow us keep the ones we use to cut materials in our workshop from accidently being used for food products.

The blade is *VERY* sharp and holds it's edge very nicely. The nonstick coating on the blade is a real plus as it helps to keep the knife clean as well as to keep it moving through thicker items. The snug fitting platic sheath is a welcome addition to safely store or transport the knife.

My only complaint is the light feel of the plastic handle. It isn't flimsy exactly, just lacks heft. This might just be a personal prefference issue and it hasn't stopped me from buying more of them.

Overall this is a very good paring knife at a reasonable price. Recommended!

This paring knife is the prettiest thing I have ever seen. Available in 6 attractive colors. The knife's non-stick surface coating is such a clever idea. Why they have not think of it before? The coating helps to make the blade glide with less effort. It seems that the blade is super sharp because of this. Perfect size for peeling fruits.

It comes with its own sheath that is very useful when you bring the knife with you. Kuhn Rikon is a Switzerland brand, the knife is made in China. At a very affordable price of 10$, this is my favorite knife that I bring at work.

This little knife is really versatile! I've had the blue one for over a year now and it's still sharp as ever. It's great for cutting up a lot of stuff, like fruit, vegetables, cheese, even meat. I often pack one in my lunch bag with an apple for lunch at work. The cover is great for this purpose, so the knife doesn't poke though my lunch bag.

I just bought a few more in different colors to give as a wedding present. Highly recommended.

This is the greatest little paring knife I've ever used. I've tried it on many different things - trimming meat, cutting thick skinned oranges, and many other chores that me old parers couldn't handle. The only warning I would give is to heed the warning about their sharpness, as they are very, very sharp and should never be left where a child might get ahold of it. I also bought one in red and one in green which I'm giving as gifts to my picky son, the chef.

THIS KNIFE IS NO SHARPER OR HOLDS ITS EDGE ANY BETTER THAN MOST KNIVES. THE SECRET IS THE COATING ON THE BLADE ALLOWS IT TO SLICE THROUGH MATERIALS EASILY GIVING IT THE ILLUSION OF BEING SUPER SHARP. ONE SHOULD BUY IT .
