I have several pressure cookers sizes from Kuhn Rikon. And I like all of them, but this one I absolutely love. The base size is wider since it is a pan and great for roasts. I wish they would make one that is even wider than this one. I would buy it in a heartbeat.

I have 4 pressure cookers; this is my favorite. Kuhn Rikon are the cadillac of pressure cookers. They heat up fast and don't need a lot of heat to stay at pressure. I especially like the wide area for browning before bringing the item up to pressure. I also like the waffled bottom. There is texture in the stainless steel that makes it easier to release items you are browning, without the fragility of non-stick. If you can only have one pressure cooker I'd make it this one.
