I was hesitant to buy this peeler, but after reading the reviews and reading this peeler did an excellent job peeling Butternut Squash I decided to buy it...it works great!! If I only use it to peel Butternut Squash it was worth the money...but it also peels carrots and cucumbers, super easy. Needless to say I love this peeler!!

I'm re-ordering these, as the ones I've had for years have finally bitten the dust. I never thought I liked Y-shaped peelers, but these are so darned sharp and ergonomically friendly that I've changed my mind. I have an Oxo regular peeler as well, but this is the one I reach for the most.

Bought it because I had used one at a friends house. Nothing works better on a winter squash than this peeler! Everyone ought to have one.

I had this given to me 15 years ago. Didn't think much of it when I first got it...but found out it's the "best" little peeler I have ever had. I'm still using it,and it's still sharp.
When I found it again on Amazon, I snatched a bunch for this years stockings stuffers...

I love this peeler! Inexspensive. light weight, works great. My only gripe is that the peeler was only four dollars and weighs about 3 ounces and yet it cost five dollars to ship it. Ridiculous!

It is light, fits great in your heand, blade is good and sharp and it is cheap what else can you ask for. O ye and it peels great and it is one of the most used by professional shefs. Buy it, use it, love it.

Yes this is a small, light weight little peeler, but out does my more expensive peelers by far! The handle is easy to hold on to and the blade is wide that your veggies, esp the potatoes, are peeled really fast. Does a great job and peeling thinly and not taking away alot of the vegetable itself. Holds up in the dishwasher. If/when it falls apart, i'll come back for another!

This tiny, little inexpensive thing is as sharp as can be. Extremely easy to use on everything from tough winter squash to gentle zucchini. This is a real find.

I purchased one of these the other day and they are very light weight. I was not impressed when I opened the box and saw it. They are pretty flimsy to me. It didn't do well when I tried it on a white potato last-night. The OXO Y peeler is better made and you can also get replacement blades from them as well. I have a set of TITAN peelers that work soooo good I can peel almost anything plus my finger too. I am going to give SWISSMAR Y-peelers a chance too soon.

UPDATE-I have used it for some time now and it's still o.k. in my book. It does the job but still like using my Titan Peelers they kick butt fast and on almost anything I peel:)

This is a really sharp peeler that works well. We have spent a lot of money in the past on expensive peelers that just haven't done the job. We love this product and highly recommend it.
