5.0 out of 5 stars Amazingly powerful and understated book, December 28, 2004

(REAL NAME)
Kum Nye Relaxation Book 1
This is the most amazingly understated book ever.
The exercises seem simple and straight foreword as they open avenues to certain feelings in you - the amazing part is, after you open that feeling flow so it flows through your body, you have established a permanent pathway whereby this "feeling" or "sensation" is available again whenever the opportunity.

Therapeutic to a simply amazing degree and life altering as it opens you to new subtle energy flows that just keep ticking.
This little book gives you entry into a fresh new realm of aliveness that before was hidden under the simple fact that you had to have an opening and practice the moves to open these feelings a few times or have learned this feeling as a child or you just don't feel it and you might not know you don't feel it. It doesn't make a difference if you are emotionally a person of few feelings or if you are a virtuoso who expands on the feeling nature of every person and situation you encounter. These exercises will expand and deepen your "felt reality".
This is a whole new way of being alive. Go for it

5.0 out of 5 stars Thorough and compassionate, February 8, 2007

Although dated this book is as important today as it was when first published. It offers the disciplined individual an opportunity to discover stress relief through Tibetan yogic postures, pressure points, and meditation activities. A must for any newcomer to the worlds of books on meditation. Tulku's set of books are all exceptional.
