I got 30,083 miles out of a 60,000 mile rated tire, not to mention the sidewalls were cracking. When contacting the Kumho manufacture I was told that they would only refund me 30% of the cost of the tire even thought the tire store told them I was at 4/32 at 30,083 miles. The manufacture said the tire was not safe to drive but yet told me that it still had .020 of tread left on it. When I told the warranty department at Kumho that the tires were the BIGGEST pieces of s*** I have ever owned they told me I was not a Christian.
I wonder how these so called "christens" in the warranty dept. sleep at night knowing that they are denying hard working consumers a refund on an obvious poorly made/designed tire. According to the tire dealership they have had numerous unsatisfied customers and a stack of returned kumho's in their back room; these tires clearly need to be recalled.

I leased a car in 2013. At 25000 miles the car was shaking so bad it was unsafe to drive. I took it to a garage. They checked the tires and found the belts shifted 0n two back tires. They sold me two used tires so I could drive it. I called Kumho and they told me to go to another tire store. That store checked the two tires that were off the car then they found the two tires on the car that the belts were starting to shift. I called Kumho again and told them it was a factory defect and they should replace the tires. They agreed it was a factory defect but they will prorate them not replace them. Now I have to buy four new tires for a car that I will turn in with less than 5000 miles on the tires.

Garbage tires...got 30k on a new vehicle with proper tire rotations. Didn't bother with a warranty call because the ride was terrible as well. I'd want no part of replacements.
