I don't always use a shoulder rest, but this one is good when I'm playing in a seated position. I still can't quite get it adjusted perfectly, but my doctor says I have weird shoulders. Oh well. It keeps my left shoulder from aching after playing for an hour or two. Good quality, serviceable shoulder rest. I'd give it 5 stars if I could've adjusted it to fit "just-right".

The rubber on these does wear out quicker than other shoulder rests I've had and they do fall off more than I feel they should.

Bought the kun shoulder rest for my kids. Didn't go for the cheapest, but rather one that provides value for money. This one does just that. Its held well and durable to take knocks of teenagers.
