This book seems to contain REALLY unique information.... and I am feel grateful to the author, for publishing such ideas.The practice of Kunlun seems to yield interesting energetic effects, from the very beginning. Am finding it difficult to practice for at least an hour a day ... even though I am intrigued by the potential results of doing so. It seems a bit of adjustment for the Western mind/body .... although I hate to admit it. Whatever the case, this book seems to be a very special one... and I am thrilled to have a copy of it. |
