The truck tether makes a very good impression. It even comes with a stylish pouch that holds all parts when it is not in use. The whole setup seems solid and the leash will prevent your dog from jumping overboard. BUT: I deduct two stars for misleading advertisement - you need to buy a harness for this to work safely, which is not mentioned in the product description! THIS IS NOT A STANDALONE PRODUCT, YOU WILL NEED TO BUY A KURGO HARNESS!!!

This thing is awesome! Can't believe I didn't think of it myself! It's very adjustable to get just the right length, and everytime one of my fellow dog trainers sees it,they ask me where I got it. The peace of mind I have knowing my dog is properly secured and can't fall out is great.

Overall it is very good quality and easy to use. My only issue is the one size fits all is not exactly true. Technically it fits most beds, but depending on the bed size, when you tighten up the one end it will shift the center ring to one side. May not seem like a big deal, but this puts even more limits on the dog chain length. To remedy this they should have put an adjustment clasp on both ends so you could center the ring.
