I use this little throw bag in the "water rescue" portion of thw Wilderness First Aid class I teach. With a quick dip in the water, it throw's well. The bag has probably had more use than most have in their lifetime with all the practicing we do and it has held up with only one minor repair. The rope is soft and limp enough to not tangle and re-stuffs easily. Don't discount this one because ti is the cheapest!

We use these on our boats, and have found them to be very easy to use and reliable. If you want to use this to replace the standard coil of floating line on a life ring, you simple clip the bag onto the life ring, and secure the bitter end to the boat. You just throw the ring, and the line pays out from the bag. Great product, and don't let the low price fool you.. its as good as any other.

This appears to be well constructed. The rope looks good, the bag is good quality. It's small enough to easily take with you. It's easy to accurately deploy the full length of the rope. I'm very surprised at the quality for the price, I'm happy with this purchase.
