I had bad luck with my airbed. There was a hole right next to the valve stitching and I tried bicycle repair kit and some random patch kit from a crafts store, but no luck. I even tried the famous duct tape :)

This product worked however! I was pretty dubious first, when the piece of vinyl didn't seem to attach properly around the hole, but when I used plenty of glue and let it dry about a day, it stuck nicely and seems to be airtight now! Great value, especially if you have an expensive airbed that is broken!

The package had no instructions whatsoever...

This kit was thrown together with little interest in product design or helpfulness.

~~> The instructions don't tell you which side of the patch should get the adhesive (the two sides have different textures).

~~> The instructions don't tell you if a thick or thin coat of adhesive should be used, or whether you should apply the patch quickly while it's wet.

~~> There's enough cement for 40+ repairs, but only 4 patches are included.

~~> The tube of cement has various warnings, but no info on what the substance is.

~~> The instructions are in English and French, but not Spanish.

The patches are a good thickness (30 mil), and over 2" diameter.

For field repairs, better to bring pressure-sensitive (tape-like) patches. The tube of cement is about 5" long and the kit says: "wait 24 hours before inflating for best results."

Tips: I tried a thick coat of cement, applied the patch quickly (while wet) and lightly clamped it. Worked well.

I was repairing my airbed , (3 years old- daily use) and I found this glue just the best of the market, less than 2 hours and It was ready to go.

my stupid dog chewed a hole the size of a dime in my air mattress. used this product along with airseal product and it worked perfect.almost junked the air mattress until i used these products.

We were ready to throw away the airbed (Coleman). This patch was easy to put on and worked just fine. We used the bed every night for two weeks after repairing it. Would recommend the patch kit.

We used this product to patch a Aerobed that we paid $120 for and it holds perfectly! It took about 10 minutes, hardest part was finding the hole. Needed to wait 24 hours to dry but it easy to use with simple instructions.

I couldn't find any kits to repair inflatable mattresses, so I got this one. Some guests slept on the patched mattress for 10 nights and the patch hasn't leaked yet.

I used this on our Coleman Air Bed that got a hole in it from a rock last summer. This product did a great job of plugging the leak and now we can use the air bed again.

A tiny investment gave me my beloved inflatable aerobed back! Follow the directions, and it will save yours, too.

For pinholes and slits less than 1 inch (25 mm) this kit will seal it. Four patchs and plent of solvent-glue.
