The Amazon description does not tell you the measurements for each size, so I went to the dog.com site to find that they are: Small 12"-14", Medium 15"-19", and Large 20"-26". At the dog.com web site, personalization is also available. From user reviews at the dog.com site, I would suggest subtracting about 3" from each size range. These bandanas have a velcro closure, but I still had to add some velcro for my Santa Rottie. I paid $5.49 with free shipping, as compared to Amazon's current price of $3.49 + $8.02 shipping. (I would not have purchased it at that price.) It is currently available directly from the dog.com site for $3.99 ($2.99 for small size) plus $5.99 shipping. I probably wouldn't buy it for that price, either. But at $5.49, we had a lot of fun with our Rottie, together with the matching Santa hat that we also purchased from Amazon. She didn't much like the hat, but she really loved her bandana, and when she heard its bell, she would come running to get her bandana put on.

The large size fit both my 65 lb pit mix and my 85 lb lab mix, and they looked cute as a buttton. The only issue as the bell, my pit mix chewed hers off. We caught her before she had a chance to chew it up and hurt herself.

Our dog jingled all over the house this Christmas with this cute bandanna. She wasn't scared of it and never tried to tear it off. It was cute listening to her trot all over jingling all the way. It connects with velcro so if you're worried about choking, it will tear off safely during rough play, preventing any Bad Things. But the velcro is secure and won't fall off. The Large size was good for my floofy-necked German Shepherd.

My German Shepherd loves her new Santa bandanna! The fabric and velcro were high-quality and well done. I would just caution you to never leave it on the dog unattended. She didn't chew on it, but after about a week, she was running up the stairs and her jingle bell fell off!

I agree with the sizing in the previous post. Bought one for my jack russell and she loves wearing it. I thought the bell would be annoying and loud, but it is not. I have been getting lots of complements on it and it's fun for the holiday.
