Compatible with Kyocera 7135 cell Smartphones, this stereo headset was designed and tested by Kyocera specifically for use with the 7135's on-board MP3 player, to provide the best possible sound with the device. Fitted with a standard 2.5mm plug, this unit provides optimal audio quality for listening to both MP3 music and while taking calls.

This headset is compact and ultralight, and fits you just right. The right-side earbud wire has even been lengthened for the proper fit behind the neck. The total cord length measures 1165 cm, and the headset also comes with a clothing clip for hassle-free omni directional microphone attachment. The microphone itself sports a call button that responds both to the call-answer and call-end functions. Upon making or receiving calls, any MP3 music that is playing is automatically muted. For the best results with this headset, use the controls built into the phone to adjust its volume, and be sure to position the microphone close to your mouth with the call button facing outward.

Note that these stereo headphones will emit sound only through the left earbud while functioning in phone mode, as a safety feature for users who wish to use the headset while driving. Wearing two ear buds while driving is illegal in many states. Also note that standard stereo headsets fitted with 3.5mm plugs will not function properly with the 7135.

Worked great (listening to stereo MP3s, microphone pickup, etc.) except for the car auto-answer after 5-seconds option. I thought there was something wrong with my phone, but I called Verizon and they sent me a new one with the same problem. I don't know if the problem is with me (looking at the wrong product), the phone (the new one was a coincidence), or the headset (whatever the headset's supposed to do besides being plugged in for this option to work). If there are any other Kyocera 7135 users with related experiences or know better please let me know.
