I use these every time I feel like I am coming down with a cold and within a few days my cold is gone. I have used this more times than I can count and every time it lessens the deration of my cold to the point of not really even getting a full-fledged cold. I have young kids so they are always bringing home some sickness and this has been a Godsend. No Garlic aftertaste, easy to take capsules. It is also great at removing the excess yeast from your body.
