Beautiful quality, could pass for a dress shoe, if looking at the front only. BEWARE, the scuff runs small-about a full size smaller. I hope to exchange for next largest size. Other than that, they're great. These were purchased as a gift and arrived very quickly. The recipient liked them so much, he was reluctant to have them exchanged, but was pursuaded, since they look a size small(heel hanging over scuff edge). Other than the size, they are great.
**UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they refused to exchange the slippers. So, I guess some lucky man who wears an 11 will receive a very nice slipper. I am reluctant to order again. Customer service did not impress me.

The slippers are extremely comfortable, are wearing well and because they are leather, don't cause foot perspiration. They were a gift but are the best pair of slippers I've owned in some years.

They are my 2nd pair for my dad. 1st time I bought these were 6 years ago. He would not throw away the 1st pair as they had become so soft. I compared them with the Chartered Club ones and LB Evans seems to be better constructed. These scuffs run small so I got the next size.

I just received my new shoes, wow they look great and feel great - except they are a full size to small.. I wear a 13EEE in all of my foot wear, I ordered a 13EEE... Normally 13EEE are just a bit long on me, but in this case this shoe's 13EEE was at least 1/2 inch to short for me, and when side-by-side with my old house shoes they are about 1-1.5 inches shorter.

So Pay attention here - order a size larger than you normally would! I actually did see another review saying this, but did not pay attention, and now I have to make am exchange...

One more point - I don't know if you will get the shipping service that I got - but man they were here in 2.5 days from order and free! I will update if I do not get good customer service with the exchange - but if I don't make an update you can consider that I received acceptable customer service.

UPDATE 06/30/08 - First I want to be clear the company has really great service! They paid for the return and immediately sent out a new pair (a size larger). Well here is where I get frustrated.... Even though the box showed one size larger - well they were the exact same length! I ordered a 13EEE the first time. So I returned them and asked for 14EEE as exchange. Before I returned them I measured them with a ruler; the 13eee was exactly 12 inches long - guess what the 14EEE is exactly 12 inches long! LOL... Anyway customer service is sending me another 14EEE and a 15EEE to see if one of them will fit... Will update you on this once I get the shoes.

Final update 07/03/08: Well just got two pairs to try of this shoe. A size 14EEE and a size 15EEE - guess what they are exactly the same as the 13EEE! Talk about weird! I took them both out and put them back-to-back and they are EXACTLY the same.... I have to say I am very impressed with Shoe Buy they did not aruge and jumped through hoops to try and help me. Lord they probably lost big time on me since they shipped 4 pairs of shoe to me and paid for the return for 4 pairs of shoes in 6 (3 each way)shipments!!!! They even are now giving me 10% off for my trouble! Can't ask for more than that!

I ordered my size 10.5 m. The shoes are about 2 sizes too small. Very disappointed.

Great slipper but very undersized. I wear a 14 in every shoe I buy but this one fits like a 12.

This item was everything its description claimed to be. My only reason for not giving it a higher rating is that the actual comfort of the item could be better. The quality of manufacturing and the materials are exceptionally high. However, if a man is looking for more comfort than dress, he might continue shopping. The cushion on this product is a bit slim.

These slippers have declined in quality over the years.
Sizing is way off and I returned two pair and gave up on them.
They are very narrow at the footbed but very wide and loose on the top.
It is very difficult if not impossible to get a good fit.

I ordered a half size up and the fit is a travesty. I probably needed to order a size and a half up. The sliipers are also too narrow and they don't offer an EE if you need a wider slipper then a medium you need to go all the way to EEE. Does this company even have a quality control department. How hard is it to make a mold for a slipper that is the actual damn size its supposed to be. Besides that the slippers are fine as in besides that Mrs Lincoln how was the play.

bought these for my dad because hes set in his ways and only want this type of slipper. he loves them, feels that the style is nice and that they are comfortable. i read the other reviews and did what was recommended and went up in size. the reviews made me confident that i wanted to go 1-2 sizes up, couldnt decide which one so i went 1.5, my dad wears a size 9.5M and i bought the 11M. he says the fit is perfect, he wouldnt want them any smaller.
